We wish you a memorable and enjoyable twenty-fifth day of December. Go tear through wrapping paper, eat sugar-engrossed cookies, and sing trite songs; but do not fail to remember that today is meant for celebrating love—a love that takes the blame for every wrong committed by those it encompasses and takes their punishment for them. ‘Tis the most wonderful love ever shown. ‘Tis the most wonderful time of the year.

Ask Us A Question #3

Well, Sam likes to think of himself as unprejudiced, so he has no favorite. Stephen, on the other hand, is super excited to finish Hayley, a song written for his girlfriend at a time when people were accusing her of something she didn’t do and treating her like an outcast. The lyrics to this song can be found at tippecanoeband.com/songsinwriting.

Ask Us A Question #2

Who is that beautiful young lady you call your girlfriend? ~ Anonymous

Well, this is a puzzling question; are you referring to Sam or to Stephen? In either case, we believe you have just answered your own question: she is his beautiful young girlfriend. Of course, referring to Sam wouldn’t make much sense, considering he has over a million girlfriends. He’s such a player, don’tcha know?

Ask Us A Question #1

When will your next song be finished? ~ Hayley Linback

We have around ten songs that we’re currently working on. Being in two different states has made recording and editing quite a challenge. But since Stephen is moving back to Indiana in August, the amount of time taken should be reduced dramatically. So, in answer to your question, we hope to finish another song very soon—hopefully before the end of August.
